Our terrific featured theme for March is ‘Health and Healthy Living’. I think that we would all agree that staying healthy will help us to feel better about ourselves and assist us in being more physically active and stronger.
In order for us to stay healthy, in addition to following any medical advice or care given to us, we need to:
- eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water;
- do lots of exercise and get enough sleep;
- keep ourselves clean and pay attention to our personal hygiene.
We have over 50 superb resources that help support this really important topic – they comprise of a mixture of: information, facts, research, hands-on activities, illustrations, games and video clips, as well as some detailed planning – each of which will successfully help to reinforce this life-supporting topic.
