Our cloud help desk support service provides telephone and remote assistance, plus flexible onsite technical support and curriculum training all year round.
How does a Help Desk and Flexible Support Contract work?
All our help desk and flexible support contracts include unlimited telephone and remote support. The annual cost of our help desk support is based on pupil numbers which reflects the likely volume of support issues during the year. Onsite support is on a flexible “pay as you go” basis and sold in bundles of 20 hours which can be booked in to resolve technical issues, for staff training or classroom sessions with pupils.
