This site has been developed for use at home but some of the activities could easily be carried out in school. I like the Christmas Silhouette ornaments – something to keep forever! It is very easy with digital cameras these days to create a silhouette for each child in the class, they could make their own frame, this would make a great gift to take home instead of a Christmas card! Christmas Treat Jars too would be easy to do in school as would Snow Globes and Candy Cane Mice would make a lovely party treat!
Redbook – this site has 30 Fun Christmas Activities for Kids, several old, tried and tested ideas but some new ones too! The Grinch is likely to be a good one for Christmas parties this year!
Learning4Kids – provides a page of Christmas Activities, mostly well known ones but I had not seen the cellophane snowflake sun catcher, or cellophane Christmas tree sun catcher which sound lovely!
