Recently, 123 ICT Limited held four highly successful events in Oxfordshire revealing the many benefits of using Google for Education and Virtual Reality (VR) in the Classroom.
The extremely productive events were held on 6 June 2018 at John Mason School, Abingdon and 13 June 2018 at St Mary’s RC Primary School, Bicester. Our thanks go to these two schools for kindly hosting the events.
The highlights of the events, which were led by the 123 Cloud Solutions team – who are Google accredited experts – were:
- VR in Education for Education – Empowering students – Integrating VR with Google Classroom and Chromebooks.
- Pulling it all together – A practical hands-on session demonstrating how Classroom helps with lesson planning and presentation, assessing student progress, and encourages group working, using real examples of the use of G-Suite and Classroom.
- Case study: a local school’s experience – An open discussion about one school’s Google journey.
- Better than sliced bread! Why Google for Education and Cloud Solutions?, Why change from existing proven systems? How to save £20K over 5 years by going Google. How to regenerate old kit – an introduction to Neverware CloudReady.
All of the many delegates attending were also entered into a draw to win a half day VR experience for their school. Good luck to those schools!
