Rose-Marie Smith

Ro joined the company in June 2022, having previously worked in school administration in an Oxfordshire Primary school for more than 20 years.  During that time she chaired the local partnership School Business Managers’ group, and was a member of the NAHT’s School Business Leader sector council; her experience means that she has a strong overview of how schools work, and the demands placed on school leaders and administrative staff.

When not working, Ro can often be found watching cricket, baking, or at the cinema or theatre.
