GDPR and Privacy Statement

123ICT Limited were compliant with GDPR ahead of its introduction to law on 25/05/2018.

By this statement 123ICT is seeking to inform employees, customers, business partners and suppliers of its commitment to good data protection practice and its ongoing GDPR compliance.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became effective on 25 May 2018. The GDPR has brought considerable changes to data protection law both in the UK and across the European Economic Area.

123ICT has always sought to ensure compliance with data protection law and these practices have stood it in good stead in advance of GDPR. In 2017 123ICT commenced a programme to ensure its compliance with GDPR. Further to this programme, 123ICT can now confirm that it has:

  • An established privacy governance structure.
  • Embedded GDPR requirements into policies and day-to-day activities.
  • Implemented technical measures to ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Documented and recorded compliance measures.
  • Implemented internal training for GDPR compliance.
  • Audited data protection measures with audit results used to implement compliance.

123ICT recognises that GDPR is new for many of its customers, business partners and suppliers who are modifying their own data protection practices and operations to ensure GDPR compliance and 123ICT will provide assistance with this wherever it can.

123ICT is also aware that GDPR provisions allow member states to enact new legislation specifying, restricting, or expanding the scope of the GDPR’s requirements.

To respond to the needs of its customers, business partners and suppliers and any new legislation, 123ICT will keep its GDPR programme under review and will continue to provide updates of its data protection practices and compliance.
