Support Contracts

The aim of 123ICT is to raise the standard of computing in your school and in our opinion, the most effective way of doing this is via regular support visits. Our support contracts are tailored to meet the requirements and budget of schools and academies.

They range from five days a week (i.e. full time) to a half day every month and are delivered by a DBS approved 123ICT consultant who is trained and motivated to address your technical, curriculum and IT procurement needs.

How much will it cost?

The pricing of our support contracts is based on a sliding hourly rate, linked to the frequency of visits. We do not to charge our schools for ‘pop-in’ emergency support visits and the more often we visit your school, the less likely there will be issues in between visits. Therefore we are able to reward our more regular schools with cheaper hourly rates.

123ICT consultants have unrivalled experience of working in the Oxfordshire education system. As well as offering outstanding technical and curriculum support, they will use their knowledge and expertise when sourcing and supplying IT products for your school. All our consultants will negotiate with suppliers on your behalf guaranteeing the best solution at the lowest price for your school.

We are able to provide many examples where our advice has resulted in savings equivalent to the cost of a 123ICT support contract.
