The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) replaced the data protection act in May 2018. GDPR has implications for schools and academies regarding their use of personal / sensitive data. Since the start of 2018, 123ICT have been providing GDPR advice and training to schools / academies in line with the compliance guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office and Department for Education.

What GDPR Services do we offer?
Our GDPR team is based at the Witney Business and Innovation Centre in Oxfordshire and provide data security advice and GDPR training for new teachers, administrators and data controllers.
