Broadband: Our school was looking to move away from our current broadband provider and approached 123ICT for a comparative quote. They listened our to requirements and suggested a broadband service for our needs. 123ICT managed the ordering, line installation and set up for us and the service they provided was excellent.
Web Filtering: In 2017, super fast broadband supplied by Gigaclear become available in our village. The cost was very attractive and it made sense for us to switch providers. We had concerns about the web filtering but 123ICT reassured us that their recommended educational web filtering could be deployed seperately and made all the arrangements for us.
VOIP: We had outgrown our dated telephone system and our contract seemed expensive 123ICT recommended moving to a VOIP system which works over our school network and broadband connection. 123ICT made all the arrangements – all we had to do was choose the handsets. We now have 9 phones around the school and save £1000 a year.
