Primary Languages is a section of the Primary Resources website and it is full of all sorts and types of teaching resources. It has additional pages for both French and Spanish.
The first part of the French section contains teacher made resources for Numbers and Letters. The second part is Colours, followed by: Animals, Time and Weather, Food and Drink, The Body and Clothing, Friends and Family, Hobbies and Sports, Home, School and Around Town. The webpage then moves on to secondary level resources.
The resources are made up of: presentations, worksheets, pairs games, flashcards, etc. See the following word game example:
The Spanish page has fewer resources, but I am sure they would still be useful. It starts with Numbers, followed by: Colours, Animals. Greetings, Time and Weather, Food and Drink. The Body and Clothing, Friends ad Family, Hobbies and Sports, Home, School and Around Town and, finally, Other.
There is a German page also but the resources are even fewer; however, it does offer planning and assessment, display materials and a fair range of vocabulary resources.
Mandarin resources are fewer again!
Primary Languages has quite a few very useful, teacher made language offerings, I would check it out before making something new, as it may already exist!
