Safer Internet Day (SID) 2015 is less than one month away and the SID TV schedule has now been released. There is a new anti-bullying programme aimed at children aged 8 and up with: advice, entertainment, lots of fun activities and puppets – see more at the Diana Award Anti-bullying Ambassadors Programme.
There will be two 20 minute shows, with Part 1 at 11am and Part 2 at 2pm, for young people to watch and discuss with their peers and teachers during the school day. Safer Internet Day TV will be shown on both website and the SID YouTube channel.
The SID Thunderclap Campaign has been launched! The SID folks are trying to reach millions of people on social media on the morning of Safer Internet Day and to start a day of trending; to join in, sign up to the Thunderclap with your social media accounts. Then, on the morning of Safer Internet Day, your accounts will automatically send out the Safer Internet Day message.
