When you place an order for our products or services, 123ICT Ltd collect some information about you and your educational establishment / company. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

Contact Form

  • Any personal data we collect via our website Contact Form will be sent to us directly by email and any record held on the website deleted. We will use the information sent to us to provide the service you have requested. We will not share the information with any one. We will retain the information only for as long as necessary and delete it afterwards.

    personal data from the point of collection to the point of destruction. Personal data
    will only be transferred to data processors if they agree to comply with those
    procedures and policies, or if they put in place adequate measures themselves.
    We maintain data security by protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of
    the personal data, defined as follows:

    • Confidentiality means that only people who are authorised to use the data can
      access it.
    • Integrity means that personal data should be accurate and suitable for the purpose for which it is processed.

  • Security procedures include:
    • Entry controls are in place at our managed office in Witney.
    • Desks, filing cabinets, drawers and cupboards are kept locked if they hold
      personal information information of any kind.
    • Methods of disposal. Paper documents are shredded. Digital storage devices are physically destroyed when they are no longer required.
    • Our consultants and admin staff ensure that individual monitors do not show confidential information to passers-by and that they log off from their PC when it is left unattended.
    • 123ICT Ltd operate a secure password policy and use Google drive for the storage of the personal data we hold.
