Integris Update for Schools: Problem with IE 10 or IE 11

We have received a few calls from schools reporting problems with viewing information in Attendance and Assessment when accessing RM Integris from Internet Explorer Versions 10 and 11.

At present RM Integris is only supported on Internet Explorer Version 9 therefore If you find you have similar issues in Integris could you please check which version of Internet Explorer you are using by connecting to the Internet and choosing Help | About Internet Explorer.

If you find you are on 10 or 11, OCC and RM have recommended that you ask your 123ICT consultant to move you back to IE9. We will let you know when this has been resolved.
