Announcing the Environment & Rainforests as our super featured themes on the 123HUB for March!

Each month, we include many links to: research, planning and teaching resources from around the world – which collectively should hopefully satisfy the requirements of any related creative curriculum, or classroom topic. Our featured themes for March are:

Environment. The first of this month’s featured themes is the interesting topic of the Environment. We have over 60 great themed websites on offer. They explore the Earth, sustainability, conservation, recycling, energy use, pollution, rainforests and much more besides. The wide-ranging resources comprise of a mixture of: information, research, activities and investigations, audio and video clips and also some detailed planning – each of which will effectively support this appealing and important topic.

Rainforests. Our second theme is Rainforests. Although this topic is covered in the Environment theme above, we thought that there were sufficient rainforest resources for it to warrant its own theme. We have 27 super resources, covering: the bio diversity of rainforests, along with their identity, make-up, the animals and plants found there, their location, climate and more. We think that this is a fascinating theme and the resources we have collected will hopefully enlighten viewers as to what rainforests are, why they are important to the environment and what can be done to help preserve them.
